Returns:

Lucky you, we offer free returns for UK customers!
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, our returns and exchange time limits have been extended to the following:
30 days = UK customers
30 days = International customers
from the date it arrives with you.
Orders placed in December have an extended returns period - 31st January.

STRICT POLICY:

For products such as thongs we strictly do not accept returns. They will be rejected, unless proven faulty upon receipt. This is our company policy for hygiene and safety reasons.

We accept returns on all other Knickers and Bras as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and still have the tags and hygiene sticker on (where applicable).

Some of our new collection knicker styles do not have hygiene stickers on them. Where a hygiene sticker is not on the brief please take extra care and try the briefs over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on.

We offer free UK returns via Royal Mail tracked. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns to customers outside of the UK but we will accept returns/exchanges from international customers as long as postage is paid for by the sender

Follow these 3 steps for a refund or exchange:

1.) Log your return and generate a pre-paid label via the returns portal

2.) Complete the returns form (which came with your order) and enclose within your package, indicating whether you prefer an exchange for another item or a refund.

3.) For those outside the UK, please arrange to send your item back to us at :

We recommend using a tracked method of postage as we cannot accept responsibility if your item is lost in postage.

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.
If you cannot see the funds in your account you must contact your credit card company and bank, it can take up to 30 days before your refund is officially posted. If you are still having problems contact us on support@nudea.com

Delivery:

All Bra/Knicker deliveries are via 48 hours Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Tape measures are dispatched on a Standard untracked 2 day service. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel is on its way.

Free delivery on all UK orders.

International Customers:

Please note that all shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of NUDEA products and we do not accept responsibility for them under any circumstances. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 1.) We do not accept items which are returned to us without the hygiene sticker attached. If the item does not have this sticker attached it will be rejected by our warehouse. We cannot accept returned products that we reasonably believe have been used or worn, unless the reason for the return is because the product is faulty or not as described. Shipping:

Shipping via Royal Mail untracked is £3.95. For Next Day Delivery with Hermes shipping is £6.95. We endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days. We use Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD as our chosen carriers. You will select your carrier at checkout. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel it is on its way. If you chose Hermes as your carrier you will receive a unique Order Tracking Number in this e-mail.

International Customers:

International delivery is £15 with DPD. Please note that all shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country.
