We currently offer free delivery on stand-alone orders of our Nudea Fit Tape.
Standard UK shipping is £2.95 on orders up to £49.99.
All standard UK deliveries are via 48 hours Royal Mail. We endeavour to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Fit Tapes are dispatched on a standard, un-tracked 2 day service. Once your order has been processed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know your parcel is on its way.
– Standard shipping to EU countries takes 1-7 business days and will be delivered via your local carrier.
– Standard shipping to The United States of America and to the Rest of the World takes 1-10 business days and will be delivered via your local carrier.
Please note that all shipments to the European Union are not subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Shipments to the United States of America and the Rest of the World may be subject to customs duties, import duties or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country. Such charges are not included in the purchase price of NUDEA products and we do not accept responsibility for them under any circumstances. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

All items bought directly from Nudea can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
We offer Free UK Returns via Royal Mail tracked. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns to customers outside of the UK but we will accept returns/exchanges from international customers as long as postage is paid for by the sender
For international orders please arrange to send the items back to us at: Nudea Returns, Manor House, Church Road, Little Marlow, Bucks SL7 3RZ.
We regret that we cannot accept returns for the Barely There Thong as company policy for hygiene and safety reasons. They will be rejected, unless proven faulty upon receipt.
However, we accept returns on all other briefs and bras as long as the item is unworn, undamaged and still have the tags and hygiene sticker on*.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the product is proven faulty.
Late or missing refunds:
We will notify you as soon as we process any refunds.
If you cannot see the funds in your account you must contact your credit card company and bank, it can take up to 30 days before your refund is fulfilled. If you are still having problems, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
*Some of our new collection brief styles do not have hygiene stickers on them. Where a hygiene sticker is not on the brief please take extra care and try the briefs over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on.
