Delivery Information

UK Customers

Free Delivery: on orders over £70.

Fit Tape Orders: shipped free of charge.

Standard Delivery: £3.95 on orders up to £69.99.

Courier: Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked or Evri.

Dispatch: within 1–2 working days.

Fit Tape: sent on a standard, untracked 2-day service.

International Customers (EU, USA & Rest of World)

Tracked Delivery with FedEx: all international orders ship via FedEx Tracked.

European Union:

€10 for orders under €100.

Free shipping for orders €100 and above.

Delivery time: 1–7 business days.

USA (North America):

$10 for orders under $100.

Free shipping for orders $100 and above.

Delivery time: 1–10 business days.

Rest of World:

£15 flat rate shipping.

Delivery time: 1–10 business days.

Duties & Taxes – No Surprises

Displayed at Checkout

All international orders now show duties and taxes at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying upfront. No Extra Charges on Delivery: This prevents unexpected fees when your parcel arrives in your country.

EU Orders Under €150 are covered by our IOSS registration – no duties/taxes will be applied. EU Orders Over €150 may be subject to duties/taxes, which are shown at checkout.

USA & Rest of World: Any duties or import taxes are displayed at checkout.

Our Guarantee: If duties/taxes are incorrectly levied due to mishandling or error, Nudea will cover these charges. Please contact Customer Service if you receive such a notice.

Returns

UK Customers

Easy Free Returns: available via Royal Mail tracked if you choose store credit or an exchange.

Bonus Credit: receive an extra 15% on top of your order value if you opt for store credit.

Refunds: for refunds to your original payment method, a £2.95 processing fee will be deducted.

International Customers

Returns and exchanges are accepted, but postage must be paid by the sender.

Strict Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Thongs, Advent Calendars, The Nudea Fit Tape, Slouchy Socks (if removed from packaging) and items marked final sale.

Secret Sets: exchange only (different size or store credit).

Other Briefs & Bras: returnable if unworn, undamaged and with tags and hygiene stickers attached*.

*Some new collection briefs do not include hygiene stickers. Please try them on over your own underwear. Returns are accepted as long as the item is unworn and tags are attached.

Refund Process

We’ll notify you by email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless the item is proven faulty.

International Duties and Taxes

All international orders will display applicable taxes and duties at checkout to ensure transparency.

European Union:

Orders under €150 (including shipping costs) are covered by Nudea’s IOSS registration and will not incur additional duties or taxes.

Orders over €150 may be subject to customs duties, import duties, or taxes upon entry.

United States & Rest of World:

 Orders may be subject to customs duties, import duties, or taxes upon entry. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. Nudea does not accept responsibility for such charges.

In the event that duties or taxes are incorrectly levied due to courier mishandling or error, Nudea will cover these charges. Customers will not be liable. Please contact Customer Service if you receive such a notification.

Shipping Services

United Kingdom: Standard shipping £3.95 under £70; free over £70; Fit Tape shipping is free. Carriers: Evri, Royal Mail.

European Union: £10/€10 under €100; free over €100. Delivery 1–7 business days. Carrier: UPS, FedEx Tracked.
