A Morning of Movement with Reformcore

A morning of movement, connection and comfort.

Last week, we swapped the usual Tuesday rush for something a little slower. We came together with Reformcore at their Chelsea studio for a morning of movement, connection and comfort - celebrating the launch of our new Modal Collection, surrounded by friends of Nudea.

The Movement

There's something about taking the time to move well that shifts the pace of your whole day. Reformer Pilates is built around exactly that: controlled, intentional movement, using resistance to build strength while encouraging balance, alignment and body awareness. Wearing pieces from our Modal Collection, guests were led through a 50-minute class by the Reformcore team, giving everyone a chance to switch off, focus on the movement and start the day feeling a bit more recharged.

By the final stretch, the room had settled into a nice kind of stillness - everyone a little more grounded, glad to have carved the time out of their week.

The Details

After class, guests slowed back down over post-workout snacks from KetoBee and matcha from Kloudy Matcha, with time to catch up, connect and take a moment to pause and reset before the day pulled everyone back in.

Everyone went home with their own Modal set and a goodie bag stocked with some of our favourite wellness brands - Nimble, Smart Strains, Studio10, Foodhak, Scentered and Calma. Thoughtful extras, meant to stretch the feeling of the morning a bit further.

The Collection

Modal is comfort that keeps pace with you. Soft, lightweight and breathable, it sits close to the skin without ever feeling like it’s there - easy enough for slow starts, sturdy enough for a workout. Made from a blend of Better Cotton and LENZING™ Modal, this is underwear built to disappear into your day, whatever that day involves. Seeing it worn through a class, and the slower moments that followed, was exactly the kind of morning the collection was made for.

Coming Together

Bringing Nudea and Reformcore together felt like a natural fit. We share a belief that feeling good doesn't have to mean doing more - sometimes it's about moving with intention, finding comfort and making a little space for yourself.

This morning with Reformcore was our way of putting that into practice: bringing together movement, connection and pieces made to feel as good as the day itself.
